Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst will join the Integration Management Office (IMO) for all Moody's Analytics M&A initiatives. The Sr. Business Analyst will be involved in activities related to due-diligence and lead-to-cash integration of acquisition targets, with a focus on agreements, financial data and operations. The role will require coordinating a cross-functional team that includes SMEs, technology teams and management across MA, Finance and the acquisition targets.
  • Collect information on acquisition targets and complete due-diligence questionnaire, focusing on contract review, sales data and product & pricing
  • Lead sales definition alignment and data collection process to support sales data migration into Apttus CRM and Sales Performance Management (SPM) applications
  • Support interim data integration into sales reporting warehouse (CDR) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) applications
  • Partner with Finance to facilitate end-to-end order to cash scope alignment and data reconciliation
  • Support product strategy workstream, ensuring alignment of stakeholders in Operations, Finance and Business Systems


Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of Business Analyst experience, with heavy focus on business process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning ability, managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of planning and execution
  • Process oriented mind-set with a demonstrated history of connecting the dots on interdependent business processes
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools is a plus
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft suite of tools
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree
