Finance Manager

Our Professional Services segment are looking for a capable and organised Finance Manager to join this Manufacturing company in Wetherill Park Location.

We are currently in partnership with a Manufacturing client searching for a Finance Manager. Our client can offer you a structured career path, ongoing training, innovative tools of the trade and a busy, dynamic team to support you along the journey.

The role:

You will be a proactive Finance Manager with proven experience and articulate communication skills.

On a day to day basis you will:

• Financial planning on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Forecasting and reporting on local and regional performance, audit data, month- and year-end summaries.
• Presentation of forecasts, reports and insights during local and regional leadership meetings
• Prepare and review financial modelling required for capital expenditure proposals and commercial project
• Analysis and review of the local P&L, as well as sales, pricing and margin data
• Ensuring transactional and statutory finance processes are executed to a world class standard. This includes credit hold management, payroll management, reconciliation, AR/AP processes and ATO/ASIC liaison

Experience:

• Inspiring leadership capabilities
• Commercially and financially astute
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
• Highly motivated and a strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills across all applicable work-related application
• Health and safety focus

Shortlisted applicants will hold strong Finance Management skills and ideally have proven background in Finance.
