The opportunity
Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner for the Griffith Health portfolio, the Finance Business Partner is responsible for the provision of consistent, value-add decision support and insightful advice to our clients. The position is part of a team of finance professionals who are responsible for providing high level strategic, operational and business planning, budgeting and resource management services, to a range of Executive Group members, office directors and professional managers. The position also plays a key role in developing and enhancing existing processes across the wider Finance team.

This is a continuing, full time position based at the Gold Coast campus. Griffith is a multi-campus university and therefore it is understood that this position will work across campuses as required.

About you
The successful applicant will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and CA or CPA qualifications. Strong experience in financial analysis and the development of financial models is required for this position alongside the ability to synthesize both financial and non-financial information. Extensive business partnering experience is highly desirable, as is experience within the higher education sector. High level communication (all forms) and stakeholder management skills are essential, together with the ability to effectively liaise across all levels of a diverse organisation.

Salary range
Base Salary $98,596 to $110,917. Salary plus 17% superannuation $115,357 - $129,772
