Your new role
Reporting directly to the Tax Manager, your duties will include:
- The preparation of financial accounts and tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts
- Preparation of budgets
- Capital gains calculation
- Interim tax planning
- Direct contacts with clients
- Assist with billing processes
- Supervising, assisting and mentoring junior team members
- Liaise with ATO, Banks and solicitors
- Attend ongoing professional development training
- CA or CPA qualification or working towards
- 6+ years of experience in Tax Accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Advanced MS Office abilities
- Knowledge of MYOB AE Tax highly regarded
