The Caribbean's # 1 Salesforce Development Company is seeking an Accounting Officer to manage the Company's financial records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Oversee accounts, manage invoices, and ensure smooth transactions with clients.
* Check inaccuracies in invoices.
* Compile and sort invoices, cheques and online payment/transfers.
* Maintain and reconcile and bank statements and cash books for each entity within the organization.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable.
* Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
* Prepare, post and disburse cheques, also notify customers when cheque is ready.
* Handling queries related to accounts.
* Prepare financial report on all business entity.
* Collect and post payments to the relevant accounts.
* Prepare lodgments and liaise on with bearer to make lodgments.
* Manage petty cash and budgets.
* Process all bills for payment, especially due dates for payment of utilities.
* Meeting strict reporting deadlines.
* Assists with preparation of statutory returns.
* Ensures that accounting data back-up are conducted daily.
* Maintain files for audit and internal purpose.
* Prepare and dispatch invoices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You are at a distinct advantage with the following qualifications.
* A minimum of five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics, English Language & Accounts
o Proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, QuickBooks and Outlook
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in accounts.
