Job Description
Ensure proper maintenance of financial records
Provide timely financial information to the senior leadership team
Ensure compliance with applicable finance policies, procedures, applicable laws, and statutes and develop strategies to ensure the long-term financial health of the company
Prepare, review and finalize the annual budget by extracting historical data from the accounting system, analyzing and forecasting the historical data, and incorporating future expansion plans into the budget
Review and verify supplier payable days as per supplier's credit period
Review, verify and approve final VAT figures, for all companies, quarterly
Verify the filing of the quarterly tax return in the Federal Tax Authority portal, for all companies
Monitor, review and evaluate team performance
Ensure all team deadlines are met, act as a coach and mentor when required
Skills
Open to Arabic nationals
Male, 40 years old below
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or any relevant field
Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in the same role, and preferably from music, retail, or any relevant industry
Knowledgeable of international finance and can decipher a large variety of financial documents
In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
Knowledge and experience of related computer applications including advanced Excel skills
Must have previous experiences in system implementation, such as ERP, Epicor, and SAP
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication skills
