Page Personnel are working with a great business in Trafford Park, recruiting a Payroll Specialist to manage a weekly & monthly payroll of c500 staff.
Client Details
A well established business, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join their team.
Description
As a Payroll Specialist, you will report into the Financial Controller, responsible for managing the payroll for 500 staff.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: accurate and timely input of payroll data for monthly and weekly payroll; respond to and resolve payroll queries in a timely manner; monthly reporting using SAP; manual payroll calculations; month end reconciliations and payments; liaise with HMRC and calculation of SSP, SMP, etc.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a payroll position - Essential
- Have knowledge of using SAP - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have CIPD Qualification - Highly Beneficial
