Page Personnel are working with an exciting business based in Trafford Park, recruiting a Transactional Finance Manager to manage their AP, AR and Cash and Banking Clerks.
Client Details
A well established business, with further exciting growth plans, are recruiting a Transactional Finance Manager to join their team.
The role will manage 6 staff, across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash & Banking.
Description
As a Transactional Finance Manager, you will report into the Financial Controller, responsible for managing the transactional finance team on both a day to day and a strategic basis.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: management of a team of 6 staff across AP, AR, Cash and Banking; 121s; appraisals; training; recruitment; work allocation; responding to escalated queries; KPI reporting and analysis; liaising frequently with various internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of supervising a transactional finance team - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have knowledge of working in a high volume transaction environment - Essential
