Job Description:

Get to know the Role:

To manage Tax Department related to Cash Management, Company Taxation, External and internal Audit

The Objectives of the job:

• No audit adjustment impacted to company P/L during yearly closing audit due to Tax expenses
• No penalty related to tax issue
• No delay submission for reporting to headquarter & government.

The day-to-day activities:

• To prepare monthly tax report and ensure the accurate & correctness of taxable report
• To prepare monthly tax report and ensure the accurate & correctness of taxable report
• Prepare and submission tax report to Headquarter on schedule time (Hyperion: cons montly, Rolling Forecast, etc)
• To review and set up procedure & policy related project to build scheme tax management
• To manage daily operation tax secsion in charge
• To prepare and submission Tax Report for Company, Headquarter and Government on scheduled time (Hyperion : cons monthly, rolling forecast, etc)
• To review monthly and annual tax report
• Handle tax audit, included as a company representative in Tax court
• Tax guiding and regulations to upon feedback and supporting.
• Coordinate with relevant team as important point to good supporting for biz and avoid tax risk
• Responsible for External Audit tax
• To represent the Company for tax related issues
• Deal with Government stakeholder on tax issuing.
• Deal with external partner on tax issuing.

The must haves:

• Leadership, Self starter & teamwork person
• Able to work accurately and underpresure
• Education Background: Bachelor degree, Preferably from Accounting
• Working Experience: Minimum 7 years experience on Finance, Accounting & Tax field, Preferably have strong IT business background and tax audit, tax inspection experiences
• Familiar with VietNam Tax Law
• Have knowledge for TP report Module
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Leadership skill
