Investment Property Reporting Analyst

This is an exciting new role, in a new team, with a renown higher education provider. You will be responsible for the management accountants, some year end financial reporting and adhoc analysis of the teams investment proposals.

Description

The successful individual will have demonstrated a strive for excellence using their own initiative, in a previous role, to reflect the company's ethos. This is a technically demanding role, requiring the candidate to pull together the cash flows, KPIs and profit/ loss data to produce an accurate representation of the organisation's financial status. From here you will provide commentary and recommendations based on your monthly assessment. Thus, experience of presenting will be highly beneficial. Finally you will produce adhoc analysis of investment ventures and report on the year end financials.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with excellent communications skills and a genuine passion for the sector. You will need to be:

• Fully qualified accountant (ICAEW, ACCA, CIPFA, ICAS)
• Ability to work autonomously
• Evidence of performance improvement, driven by own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Excel skills

Prior industry experience is not essential provided you are qualified and have the capacity to learn quickly.
