Process Associate Finance
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily Banking activities including Posting and Clearing Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
- Handling Payments through Bank Portals
- Handling Payment Queries
- Preparation of Tax Reports (VAT and Stamp duties mainly) and initiate the bank transfers
- Acknowledgement the VAT Returns, Submit and acknowledgement of Stamp duties through RAMIS.
- Preparation of Tax Reconciliations
- Providing Details to Internal and External Auditors
- Preparation of Monthly Journal Entries
- Liaising with Banks, IRD, Global Support Teams
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Management and or Part Qualification in CIMA, ACCA. CMA or ICASL
- Minimum 02 years of experience in Banking and Taxation Activities
- Exposure with Auditors, other external parties and Banks
- Strong knowledge in Accounting and Finance
- Experience in SAP
- Excellent Command in English
- Knowledge in MS Power BI would be a definite advantage
