The Role
- Preparation of management accounts and board meeting packs
- Forecasting, budgeting and assisting with 5 year plan
- Manage and assist with year-end statutory accounts preparation
- Prepare commercial analysis of key financial data to influence decision-making
- Support assistant accountant, manage and oversee deadlines and quality of work
- Assist with more complex month end journals, reconciliation and closing ledgers
- Monitor and report weekly cashflow to Group Finance Team
Your Background
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong academic background
- Strong MS Excel skills and an aptitude for systems
- Can demonstrate commercial awareness
- Able to see trends in large datasets and explain the numbers to non-finance
