The GFAO Indirect Tax Team is currently looking for a strong candidate for System architecture tax analyst role in our Wroclaw location (or remotely from either city in Poland).

 

If you have system knowledge: SR/3, ARIBA, S4 in one of the following process areas: AR/ IC / AP

How you will mark:

 

  • Leads and provides expertise to project teams during the implementation RCRB projects on Legacy and NGIT architecture.
  • Troubleshoots independently, quickly finding the root cause of issues.
  • Leads and provides expertise to functional project teams and leads cross-functional initiatives.
  • Partners with internal customers (Tax Org, AP, OM, SC, others).
  • examining moderately to complex issues or concerns to find a solution.
  • Understand the system logic and has experience working with IT teams.
  • Solves most problems independently and articulates issues across functions and businesses.
  • collaborate with other individuals contributors.
  • Identifies and implements process improvement.

About you:

  • First level university degree with a focus in finance or computer science; advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically 4+ years of experience.
  • Good understanding of financial systems (SAP, ARIBA) and processes in several areas (AP/IC/AR/GL).
  • Experience in projects implementation.
  • Technical background would be an advantage.
  • Good oral and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • analytical skills and the ability to synthesize change quickly using advanced subject and process knowledge.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to generate original ideas and to bring about their implementation.
