Compliance Manager Crypto - Edinburgh/Remote - up to £50k + benefits
Rapidly growing Fintech in the Crypto assets and payments sector is looking for a Compliance Manager to handle compliance and regulatory issues (not including AML/Fincrime), the role can be performed remotely and offers an excellent opportunity to join (or continue) your career in the booming Crypto industry:
To apply you will ideally have legal qualifications and general compliance / compliance advisory experience from a Cryptocurrency, payments, FX, CFD firm or similar. You will need experience of some of the regulatory compliance topics mentioned above such as EMI, PSR etc You will also need to be a confident individual prepared to take a lead on regulatory compliance.

- Compliance advisory to the business and senior management team on topics such as electronic money and payments services legislation, DPA (GDPR), FCA rules and guidance, and the application to card and crypto asset services
- Providing input to compliance, business policies, and leading compliance training
- Driving a commercial approach to compliance and a championing a pro-active compliance culture across the business and embedding strong working relationships
- Compliance monitoring and associated MI
- Manging relationships with regulators, banking partners, and law enforcement agencies
- Management of one adept AML Officer, with significant potential for the team to grow
