Refreshing are exclusively working with a Global Fashion Brand. Turnover is in the Billions and it is highly respected worldwide. We are tasked with recruiting a Finance Analyst to work in FP&A in the New Store Design Team
An incredibly exciting entry level analyst role, we are open to early stage part qualified accountants or someone with a University Degree in Finance/ Accounting and has worked in a Finance Role (retail ideally)
This role will be based in Central London (flexible home working allowed) and have a hugely supportative team around it.
This role will be responsible for project tracking/forecasting and streamlining processes/reporting.
Key Responsibilities (how interesting do these look!?)
· Responsible for project tracking across all capital and temporary store buildout costs across our owned & operated stores
· Frequent meetings with Project Managers (RLSD & non-RLSD) to update trackers and discuss opportunities and risks; ensure all trackers reconcile with forecast and actuals, by category; establish a track record of clear communication and sound follow up
· Lead bi-monthly meetings with other partners including Partner/Wholesale RLSD, IT, AP, Deco and US stakeholders (i.e. RLS Deco) to review status of DTC Projects
· Partner with procurement on bids, offers, and vendor comparisons
Qualifications
· University Degree in Finance/Accounting
· Prior experience in Finance/Accounting; FP&A in a multinational or retail company preferred
· Strong analytical and financial analysis skills are required; high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail
· Detail oriented with strong organization skills
· Self-motivated, follow through with responsibilities and be accountable for results; ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment
