We have an exciting new opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join the company.

The successful candidate will assist Skyports' Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on high-priority activities including capital raise activities, budgeting, performance tracking and reporting.

This is a unique high-growth role with the ability to join Skyports as it builds out its Finance function and grow with the company. This role will act as a key enabler to the business, identifying improvement opportunities and executing on strategic finance projects.

Based in London, the role may involve international travel.

The candidate will execute on key finance activities including
  • Capital raising activities - contributing to capital raising activities including the preparation of financial models;
  • Budgeting - build budgets and forecasts consistent with specific accounting requirements;
  • Performance tracking - track revenue and cost performance with a strong ability to identify and execute improvement opportunities; and
  • Reporting - contribute to monthly reporting requirements for Skyports' Board and Senior Management; engage with auditors on preparation of financial statements.

Contribute to the build-out of Skyports Finance function, including software, team and key processes.

Your activities will evolve as Skyports evolves. We are looking for someone who will enjoy contributing to all aspects of our business.

EssentialRequirements
  • 1 - 3 years in a finance role within a start-up or corporate environment, with a professional accounting qualification and IFRS experience.
  • Strong Excel skills. Proven ability to create complex Excel models.
  • Proven ability to own and execute projects from scoping to implementation.
  • Ability to prioritise constantly changing activities.
  • A highly motivated, proactive, self-starter and team-player who likes a challenge and has the ingenuity and resilience to find the solutions to overcome them.
  • Flexibility to travel.
