I am recruiting for an independent, integrated investment bank focused on mid/small-cap UK equities. The company has well over 100 retained corporate clients, listed on the Main and AIM markets, that it serves with its' 100+ employees across corporate finance, sales, sales trading and research.
They have a highly successful corporate (broking and advisory) team providing corporate advisory and stockbroking services to their UK listed clients. The corporate broking business are consistently top ranked in the Extel mid/small-cap survey.
The department offers corporate broking, corporate finance and M&A advisory services to clients, with dedicated specialist sector teams that mirror the firm's research sector coverage.

Person Specification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing presentations with appropriate research and data analytics
- Preparing financial and valuation models
- Drafting relevant corporate finance and related transactional documentation
- Project management and execution of transactions including IPO's, secondary fundraisings and M&A
- Day to day liaison with corporate clients regarding stock market trends and developments
- Supporting other members of the team as necessary, with analysis, research and due diligence
Person Specification:
- Minimum 2:1 degree, or equivalent, from a top University
- ACA or CFA qualified
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills
