The Role
- Ensure month-end process is complete to deadlines and reviews conducted
- Manage two direct reports, along with 121's and development
- Balance sheet control to ensure reconciliation of all accounts
- MI reporting
- Proactively look for areas of improvement in the department - efficiency and accuracy
- Working with auditors to ensure the process runs smoothly
- Balance sheet control to ensure reconciliation of all accounts
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Present financial reports to our FD and other Senior Stakeholders
- Ensure the cash position of the business is managed and controlled
- Working with auditors to ensure the process runs smoothly
- Assisting in maintaining and improving internal controls and processes
- Building close working relationships with all areas across the
- Deal with any ad-hoc requests where relevant from wider business
Key Skills
- Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA
- Supervising or Management experience
- Experience within Retail / Food Manufacturing industry - not essential
- Proactive approach
