On both a regular and ad hoc basis, this role will prepare and present cashflows and other financial information to the PE owners, lenders and other external agencies.
  • Recent acquisitions and funding arrangements have significantly increased the size of the business and added to the complexity of the Treasury arrangements. The corporate structure is complex and constantly changing due to the business' acquisitive nature and financial gearing, and the acquisitions are often highly structured. The individual will provide expertise in efficient financing of these transactions.
  • The Group are looking to drive improvements across a number of areas in Finance. This individual will assume responsibility for all Treasury activities, drive the implementation and maintenance of Group policies and procedures, ensuring that they are understood and followed throughout the business, and improving the timeliness and efficiency of Treasury reporting.
