Finance Business Partner | £60,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
As a key member of the FP&A and Business Partnering team, you'll act as the key business partner support for the retail property division, including financial analysis and cost control, setting and monitoring budgets, providing insight and identifying value creating initiatives, and providing challenge in order to support decision making.

As a key member of the FP&A and Business Partnering team, you'll act as the key business partner support for the retail property division, including financial analysis and cost control, setting and monitoring budgets, providing insight and identifying value creating initiatives, and providing challenge in order to support decision making.
Examples of key responsibilities:
- Supporting the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting cycles and providing insight and financial understanding for the Retail portfolio.
- Identifying areas for performance improvement and challenge to assumptions
- Producing management information to allow the business to make effective decisions, prioritise actions and drive performance and improve MI
- Identifying and collaborating with systems specialists and the wider business to action process and system improvement projects
- Setting up and monitoring internal cost budgets including maintenance of capex, status of capital projects and spend vs budget
- Contributing o the Group quarterly reporting process
- Ad-hoc commercial responsibilities, such as financial analysis, deal appraisals, transaction support and liaison with Investor Relations
About you:
- Qualified ICAEW or equivalent, ideally from a Big 4 or top-10 practice
- Experience in property, retail or asset management would be beneficial
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence at all levels both internally and externally
- Commercial awareness
- Strong modelling and analytical skills
- Ability to manage varied responsibilities and prioritise in a deadline-driven environment
