Title: Senior Commercial Financial Analyst

Reporting to: Finance Director

Location: Westminster Office & Remote (Office 3 days a week)

Package: Consummate with over 15 plus years of experience, salary plus benefits (pension, health care)

Purpose of the Role

Delivering Procurement excellence from within the finance team by reviewing and maintaining the detailed billing analysis of new and existing multimillion pound IT procurement contracts with hundreds service delivery partners and the government & public sector procurement bodies. Provide a high level of fiscal quality assurance across all contracts in order to minimise billing/invoicing errors and queries for our partners and public sector entities.

You will become fully engaged with the execution of 100's of new contracts and the procurement full lifecycle of highly complex IT procurement projects, with spends in the multi-millions. You will engage closely with leadership in finance and the tendering team and have the opportunity to work with over 300 IT Partners.

Duties

Active hands on management and quality assurance of receiving and raising POs. Reconciliation of POs and Invoices to contracts and contract changes. Proactively communicate with customers and partners to resolve fiscal issues. Resolve issues where reconciliation do not match, discuss with company management and Partners to resolve as and when. Work with Bramble CRM/Finance systems. Assisting in Commercial billing activity post contract win in order to meet the overarching commercial strategy.

Who:
  • 15 plus years experience working with technology (software) companies a plus.
  • Strong analytical skill sets including using Excel, CRM Systems, Sharepoint, O365.
  • Self-starter; takes ownership of goals and works to meet or exceed them.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build strong partnership with Partner/Tender team and cross-functional teams.


Nice to haves:
  • An Accountancy qualification
  • Public sector and relevant experience
  • IT consulting in addition to management consultancy, IT service contracts.
