Brands we operate include an upcoming disruptive and exciting Make-Up brand and a global masstige fragrance portfolio following our master distribution world-wide agreement with L'Oréal to define marketing and commercial strategies on these brands.

Job Description
  • Assisting to drive business performance across multiple brands and markets
  • Follow up on performance and investments on distribution and licensed brands to help with compliance on governance agreements
  • Support the Finance Business Partner Manager in improving performance across each brand and market, both financially and operationally
  • Analysis, reporting, interpreting contracts, supporting management identify challenges and opportunities
  • Reporting commercial analytics to the Business Finance Manager as well as developing new reports to help drive performance and achieve cost savings

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of all brand agreements are correctly fulfilled to the time scales identified within the agreements
  • Analyse & report on commercial data for business needs and decision making
  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities to improve profitability and cost savings
  • Keeping appropriate records and communicating them to the Business Finance Manage
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting across all brands & market
  • Assist to provide accurate set of monthly and annual accounts for each brand & market
  • Supporting the commercial & marketing teams by running reports and performing analysis to identify gaps in actual sales and forecast v budge
  • Participate and add value to multifunctional task forces to drive efficiency and improve business understanding and monitoring
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on different ad hoc projects as required by business needs
