Financial Accountant - £50.000 - £60.000 - West Berkshire - Permanent
I am currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant for my client based in West Berkshire. This is working for a large PE backed business who can offer long term progression. This role would suit a candidate who is ACA qualified with 12/24 months post qualified experience ideally gained working in a commercial environment although applications from Big 4 qualified looking for their first commercial move would also be keenly considered

Key duties:
- Group consolidations
- Work closely with controller to reconcile the monthly reported management information to local accounting
- Produce appropriate journals for group consolidation
- Identify differences between local GAAP vs IFRS
- Collating data for our tax advisers
- Assist in the transfer pricing policy project for the new combined group
- Assist in preparing statutory accounts
What you will need to be successful:
- Fully qualified with 1-2 years PQE experience
- Experience of IFRS accounting and preparing consolidated group accounts
- Strong financial accounting background
- Excellent communicator - ability to explain and listen.
