We have been retained by a mergers and acquisitions insurance broking team - they are looking to appoint a corporate tax lawyer (2-6 PQE) to take lead on the execution and placement of tax insurance policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals.
You will be a confident technician, enjoy the technical aspects of tax and law however have appetite to move into business in a commercial, execution driven role.
