Eton Bridge Partners is working in exclusive partnership with an international and highly acquisitive £1bn private equity backed FMCG business to appoint a European Financial Controller.
Newly created and reporting into an impressive CFO, this is a high potential leadership role with a focus on driving change and transformation across systems, controls processes and people.
Key responsibilities:
Candidate profile
Salary: Up to £100,000 base salary plus excellent bonus and benefits.
Location: Dartford with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week on average.

Key responsibilities:
- Technical accounting and compliance for all European entities to IFRS/SOX/US GAAP
- Month end reporting and statutory accounting
- Manage team of 15-20
- Lead internal & external audit
- Provide tax and treasury support
Candidate profile
- Qualified chartered accountant (Big 4, ACA or equivalent)
- FMCG/Manufacturing industry experience (or similar)
- Strong technical accounting skill set (IFRS, SOX, US GAAP)
- Team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: Up to £100,000 base salary plus excellent bonus and benefits.
Location: Dartford with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week on average.
