GP Finance Manager | New Headcount (FMCG / Retail BG Welcome)

The Company

Our client is a global FMCG group with products sold worldwide. With the constant increase in market shares they are looking to expand and hire a New Headcount for a Group Finance Manager, further investing in their team.

Your Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for regularly preparing and deliver Regional management reports to Senior Management
• You will work timely on monthly closing and financial accounting related matters
• You will also be responsible for Sales and KPI reporting, variance analysis and trend analysis by category and products
• Drive budget and forecasting process and stick closely to weekly timelines
• Come up with ways in process improvement and 5YP, as well as constantly review
• System implementation and feasibility studies on new business opportunities, M&A, store development
• Other ad hoc projects assigned

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and Finance or related discipline
• CPA/ACCA qualified, with at least 6 years of post-qualified experience in sizable FMCG / Retail MNC
• Strong business acumen with experience in corporate level
• Strong track record in process improvement and be able to work hands-on, leading a small team size
• Well versed in English is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
• Immediately available is highly preferred
