ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Business Analyst (BA) will join a team primarily responsible for researching and analyzing clients' needs
You will assist to define, design and document detailed business requirements on large-scale IT
implementations. Activities include: assisting Senior Business Analysts with planning and conducting
client workshops, identify and document functional and non-functional business requirements and help
with facilitating communication within our internal teams. You will be working closely with clients and
colleagues to define application flows, metrics, reports, dashboards, data mapping, and other integration
requirements.
Role & Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis: Carries out research and data collection to understand our clients or potential
clients. Interview's client employees, management teams and other stakeholders to understand the
process and identify areas of change.
Documentation: Gathers, creates, and documents current and future business process flows of all
assigned client projects
Communication: Creates clear, concise, and completed functional specifications and required documents
detailing systems requirements

- The required experience for this role is 0-2 years
- University or College Diploma, preferably in Business Administration and/or Computer/Software
Engineering - Previous experience with the above skills highly desired
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
- Creates and fosters key customer relationships - energized by delivering projects and value to clients
- Establishes a systematic course of action for self or others to ensure accomplishment of specific
objectives - Sets priorities, and goals to manage time efficiently and achieve maximum productivity
- Able to work under pressure and to prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines
- Is firm and decisive - willing to make unpopular decisions when necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop documentation and client training
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process flows and platforms
(Dynamics 365, Power Apps etc.) - Understanding of modern Data Analytics Platforms (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Understanding of Modern API Management Tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, Azure APIM)
- Understanding of Project Management practices, e.g., Agile, Kanban, Waterfall
- Desire to work on multiple cloud software systems, SaaS software, CRM enterprise implementations
(including e-Business, SaaS applications or cloud-based transformations/integrations)
