Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly financial reports for senior management
- Monitoring of expenses and allocated costs against OP and investigation on significant variances/errors in posting to ensure proper expense capture
- Manage and review monthly expense accruals, including accrual entries, accrual schedule and aging queries
- Support front office on MIS and Tax requirements, including transfer pricing, GST reverse charge, requests for new costs centres and GL accounts, etc
- Provide support to team for annual returns, e.g. ICAAP, 3YP, FSI
- Budget Delivery for Global Treasury
- Be involved in projects to automate the workflow and processes
Requirements
- Good academic background
- Prior experience in an MIS role would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Basic coding / programming knowledge, e.g. VBA, Python
- Independent, organised and proactive team player
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
