REED Ireland have an urgent temporary requirement for a qualified (or part-qualified with experience) financial accountant to conduct an ongoing temporary position for a public sector organisation in Dublin City. This role would start off initially as a full time position for the first month and would then progress to a three day week thereafter. Job Description Preparation of financial statements on a monthly basis Preparation and presentation of monthly reports and data for senior management and members of the board Updating and improvement of financial procedures as requested by senior management Review recommendations from internal and external audit team and make any necessary adjustments Completing/assisting with other projects, as requested by senior management Other financial ad hoc duties What we need from you: Accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) Can work autonomously Good time management Skills Strong communication skills Good analytical and IT skills Has good organisation and planning skills.
