How will you value-add?

Audit support
  • Perform data analysis on business processes such as journal entry, payroll, procurement to derive actionable insights
  • Perform report integrity and computation reviews to drive audit efficiencies
  • Ensure data integrity, quality control checks and reconciliations when performing data analysis

Data Visualization
  • Develop data visualization dashboards on Tableau, Qlik or Power BI to identify trends, outlier and patterns in business processes
  • Deliver and present results and insights to audit teams as well as external client

Support in Digital Firm-wide Initiatives
  • Support engagement teams in pilot projects for PwC proprietary tools on an ad-hoc basis
  • Conduct and facilitate Digital Academy training to General Assurance
  • Liaise with Learning & Development team on training requirement needs
  • Facilitate Digital Acceleration workshops in the creation of Alteryx workflows for audit engagement

Stakeholder and Project Management
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and issues
  • Review process efficiencies and make recommendations for process improvement
  • Manage multiple concurrent audit support jobs and ensure that the results are delivered within agreed timeline
  • Coach junior team members on business process and the use of data analytics tools

About you
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Strong technical and analytical skill sets
  • Good presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Good client management skills
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL or ACL
  • Proficiency in using data automation tools such as Alteryx
  • Knowledge and proficiency in VBA would be preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Qlik Sense or Power BI
  • Financial auditor or IT auditor with strong data specialisation would also be considered
