DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for Junior Accountant for our Minsk global shared service Accounts Payable accounting team to make EPAM Finance team even stronger.

What You'll Do

• Checking of correctness of accounting attributes for expenditure supporting documents
• Transfer of expenditure supporting documents into internal accounting system
• Communication with vendors re correctness of documents, meeting deadlines, etc. if required
• Communication with local accountants/ non-accounting employees on bookkeeping issues if required
• Providing of explanations/supporting documentation to Middle/Senior/Lead Accountant on all in-scope companies, if required
• Downloading of supporting documents and their transfer to internal resources for accounting needs
• Monthly accounting check of paid/unpaid documents
• Participating in regular improvement process activities with IT development team, active analysis of areas of improvement and testing of new improvements

What You Have

• Finance/Accounting background would be beneficial
• Good MS office skills, especially Excel skills would be beneficial
• Good knowledge of English (Intermediate level at least) in read and write
• Attentiveness to details
