Risk and Legal Compliance Manager Dublin South A multinational business based in South Dublin have created a new role that will be crucial in ensuring that the business manages risk and regulation. A key component of this role is enabling the delivery of all change initiatives in particular in supporting the implementation of the business Risk, Assurances & Controls (RCA) framework. The role holder will be required to work with the Legal team, Risk & Compliance Committee and the Senior Leadership Team across a variety of matters including change initiatives and programmes, key operational activities, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Reporting to director level this role will suit someone that has a risk, compliance or internal audit background. There is no travel with this role which may suit internal auditors looking to step away from a travel role. The Role As part of your role you will; Proactively lead and manage change initiatives relating to the RCA framework in a second line of defence role in enhancing risk management and reporting activities in this business. Work with the Senior Leadership Team in identifying corporate and regulatory risk and ensuring requirements under specific regulations, Competition Law and Key Financial Controls are fulfilled and executed in a timely manner and to a high quality. Ensure that the expanding remit of the RCA framework is effectively implemented across the business including monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of controls and assurances. Provide Risk and Compliance reports and updates to the Senior Leadership Team and committees at ROI and Group level. Deliver our Internal Audit compliance requirements. The Candidate Risk and compliance or internal audit experience 3rd level relevant academic qualification and business experience A high level of communication skills, both written and oral The ability to interact comfortably with and influence senior management Significant competence in change management Strategic self starter with proven ability to understand and see the bigger picture Excellent Excel and presentational skills Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse and interpret information Project management skills The Rewards Salary - dependant on experience Benefits package Parking
