This is an ideal opportunity for an Accounts Payable professional to support a large and growing organization in a Rural community.
The Role:
- Review and verify invoices, match invoices to purchase orders
- Code invoices in SAP
- Match cheques to invoices for payment
- Create and maintain new vendor information
- Monthly reconciliation with the vendor
- Maintain GL account posting monthly
- Ad hoc administrative and accounting responsibilities as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience processing large volumes of Accounts Payable quickly and efficiently
- Strong MS Office and Data Entry skills
- SAP experience is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Vehicle is required
This is an ongoing temporary position and pays $15 per hour.
