APAC Transformation Program Manager Support the APAC Transformation Lead in managing and driving the APAC Transformation Program and related projectsProgram change and portfolio management including: Project and work prioritizationManagement and tracking of costs and benefitsAlignment with EY and service line strategyResource planning and coordinationManagement of resource gaps Directing and coaching program and project leads and teamsDriving best outcomes/ highest value delivery from project leads and teamsStakeholder management and influencing engagementManage and drive change including key phases: qualify, plan, deliver, monitor, sustain, closeManage external vendor relationships as needed e.e. Thomson Reuters Manage annual and ad-hoc budget / funding requests including preparation of opportunity assessment and business casesManage project request/ intake processAs needed, lead and manage specific projects i.e. where complex and / or alternative resource not availableRegular (monthly / quarterly) reporting to key stakeholders including status updates, costs, benefits (as agreed with the Transformation Lead)Quarterly transformation newsletter
APAC Transformation and Innovation Change Agent Champion innovation, transformation and technologyConnect FSO Tax teams with existing and emerging technologyFacilitate and drive connectivity and teaming between geographical locations and teamsCoordinate FSO APAC Business Innovators group, prepare for and co-chair monthly connect
Manage APAC FSO Investment Funding / Technology Resource Manage workflow capacity of Manila-based technology resourceManage work backlog, requests and intake processManage and track costs and benefitsPrepare and present regular reporting to the Investment Board
