Your Key Responsilities

APAC Transformation Program Manager

  • Support the APAC Transformation Lead in managing and driving the APAC Transformation Program and related projects
  • Program change and portfolio management including:
  1. Project and work prioritization
  2. Management and tracking of costs and benefits
  3. Alignment with EY and service line strategy
  4. Resource planning and coordination
  5. Management of resource gaps
  • Directing and coaching program and project leads and teams
  • Driving best outcomes/ highest value delivery from project leads and teams
  • Stakeholder management and influencing engagement
  • Manage and drive change including key phases: qualify, plan, deliver, monitor, sustain, close
  • Manage external vendor relationships as needed e.e. Thomson Reuters 
  • Manage annual and ad-hoc budget / funding requests including preparation of opportunity assessment and business cases
  • Manage project request/ intake process
  • As needed, lead and manage specific projects i.e. where complex and / or alternative resource not available
  • Regular (monthly / quarterly) reporting to key stakeholders including status updates, costs, benefits (as agreed with the Transformation Lead)
  • Quarterly transformation newsletter

APAC Transformation and Innovation Change Agent

  • Champion innovation, transformation and technology
  • Connect FSO Tax teams with existing and emerging technology
  • Facilitate and drive connectivity and teaming between geographical locations and teams
  • Coordinate FSO APAC Business Innovators group, prepare for and co-chair monthly connect

Manage APAC FSO Investment Funding / Technology Resource

  • Manage workflow capacity of Manila-based technology resource
  • Manage work backlog, requests and intake process
  • Manage and track costs and benefits
  • Prepare and present regular reporting to the Investment Board


  • Manage workflow and capacity of APAC transformation team
  • Coach and support the team
  • Coordinate and drive team engagement and meetings
  • Coach broader team members on best practice project / change managemen
