  • Line management (including performance management) of the personnel aligned to the AP and AR teams (the biggest part of operations is within AP and T&E) - total 30+ people structure
  • Assuring service delivery for AP and AR processes
  • Strategy development, setting and achieving operational objectives
  • Working closely with clients and maintaining good relationships; cooperation and communication with external and internal stakeholders (incl. auditors)
  • Acting as a point of contact for process/people related escalations
  • Ensuring the correctness of procedures and internal control function
  • Continuous training of the team (methods, organisation, performance improvement), reviewing work of staff and providing constructive feedback
  • Continuous improvement: seeking and acting on ways to improve daily work processes to enhance quality, productivity and customer service
  • Supporting transitions of accounting processes


  • University degree in Finance / Accounting or an accounting certification
  • Proven track of professional experience in the area of accounting services (preferably within Accounts Payable)
  • At least a few years of managerial experience in an accounting department
  • Knowledge of AP process gained in SSC/BPO sector is highly desirable
  • Fluent English (min. C1 level)
  • Experience in cooperation with BPO company and in transition / migration within accounting processes would be an asset
