To complete our team in Wroclaw we are seeking to recruit a Specialist within Internal Audit who supports the function’s Chief of Staff Office in a wide range of people and learning specific topics. This is a fixed-term contract, 12 months in length. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide data and analytical support to the Chief of Staff team. Interact with a global team to co-ordinate our new joiner onboarding learning program. Act as a subject matter authority on our in-house 360 performance feedback tool. Shape our Intranet to provide Internal Audit staff with a site which easily sets out the information they need to do their job well.

Your skills and experience

  • Undergraduate degree with at least 2 years of work experience 
  • Strong analytical skills and precision in delivery, which when paired with an ability to build positive relationships sets you apart
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • An avid learner and a dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and time management skills enable you to quickly gain trust and deliver effectively towards deadlines
