Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the function of payroll operation teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvement and plans to address identified gaps
• Streamline and review operations processes to ensure adequate internal controls, drive efficiencies and process improvements
• Work with multiple stakeholders in launching new system
• Explore initiatives to increase efficiency & productivity
• Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills, with stakeholders, clients and team
• Work effectively in diverse teams within a highly inclusive team culture where everyone is supported and respected

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years payroll experience, including in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements
• Willingness and ability to be hands-on payroll processing when situations require
• Prior experience in implementing new HRIS system has added advantage
• Resourceful and strong problem-solving and presentation skills
• A leader and team player with good planning and organizations skills
• Effective communicator and be able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• A driver in continuous process improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in healthcare industry and SAP would be an added advantage
