As part of Group Finance IT Business Partnership Function, the IT Business Relationship Management is the IT organisation's advocate and communicator with the business units assigned. Guiding Tax, Treasury and Legal teams in effectively utilising IT to accomplish their goals. This role will require critical thinking and tenacity, working with stakeholders at all levels to make sure that business IT needs and requirements are met.

IT BRM will support IT BRM Senior Manager to take ideas from each assigned area and lead them through Requirements Gathering, Solution Assessment, and approval for funding, this will require engagement with appropriate IT functions, business and external resources to capture scope, solution, costs and timelines which can be presented to senior leadership in a succinct manner.
As part of the responsibilities, IT BRM will look take on Demand Management role in Group Finance IT Area, to ensure that ideas and demands are prioritised and planned, working in partnership with the Group Finance BRMs and IT Competency teams.

As an IT manager for Business Relationsip Management across Tax, Treasury & Legal you'll;

  • Lead Demand Initial Assessment process and Demand Portfolio Management for all pre-project in Group Finance, Tax, Treasury and Legal areas
  • Drive pre-project work including scoping capturing, business requirements gathering, costs, resources, benefits, timelines, etc
  • Identify ways to apply technology (new and existing) to the business enabling efficiency improvements or strategic goals realisation
  • Develop and maintain the integrated demand portfolio level plan, capture assumptions and identify dependencies for IT Demands
  • Lead and maintain demand portfolio meeting cadence across pre- projects/ IT Demands
  • Collating and maintaining IT Roadmaps for Finance process areas
  • Lead Quarterly Roadmap review meetings
  • Work alongside our Solution Architecture and IT Innovation Teams to champion and oversee effective solution design, development and delivery
