Company
We are recruiting exclusively for an exciting, expanding artisan coffee and dining multis site company based in London. With exciting plans for growth in a fun and energetic environment, our client is currently seeking a well organized management accounts candidate to play an integral part in the financial organisation of this growing company.
Role
The role is fulltime with a flexible working schedule/some remote working also a possibility
The ability to analyse and implement systems to improve cost effectiveness and profitabilty
• Weekly/Monthly reporting
• Purchase Ledger /invoice processing and payment runs
• Sales Ledger and credit control
• Bank, cash, credit card reconciliations
• Processing invoices onto Xero
• Posting of journal entries as required
• VAT returns, reconciliations/ statutory filing
• Prepayments and accruals
• Payroll
• Budgets and forecasting Schedule
• Bank reconciliation
• Regular review of sales margins
• KPI Analysis
• General management of balance sheet accounts
• Ad hoc support to Directors and Operations Manager
• Providing Ad hoc administration support
Candidate requirements:
• Hospitality industry accounts experience an advantage and an interest in the food and drink industry
• A personable and can do attitude essential
• Management Accounts experience full or partly qualified in ACCA, CIMA or ACA
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to produce information to tight timescales and good attention to detail
Salary £35 - 40 k + Excellent benefits
