Systems Accountant. Full-time. Office based.

We are looking for a System Accountant to help us implement and further develop a new off the shelf CRM system that we are partway through implementing into our nationwide branch network.Working closely with the Network Support Centre (Head Office) finance and support team this role would be an integral part of delivering the system successfully and in a timely manner.The role would also require close contact with the software provider improving management information, introducing further modules and developing new reports.Role Criteria / Personal Skills

• Part qualified accountant with a keen interest in systems
• Proven experience of system implementation and data transfer
• Ability to develop reports and management information.
• Good working knowledge of payroll systems and legislation
• Excellent communicator. Able to facilitate change and to effectively manage communication to technical and non-technical staff.
• Advanced MS Excel user and familiar with other Microsoft Products
• Knowledge of Sage Accounts and Payroll essential
• Knowledge of databases would be an advantage.
• Previous experience of Microsoft Power BI or similar desirable
• Good team player but with ability to drive improvements through at an individual level
• Personable and friendly attitude
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Good at managing deadlines and flagging issues / problems early.

The role would be predominantly office based at our Erdington, Birmingham Network Support Centre so applicants must be within easy commuting distance. The job holder would also be required to travel to our network of branches. This would include some overnight stays as our branches cover the whole of the UK.Minster Cleaning is a privately owned cleaning company offering commercial cleaning services to a variety of customers.Established since 1982 we are renowned for providing a first-class service to our customer base.
