The Senior Financial Analyst will provide project support to three members of the FP&A team, including Global Finance Director, Supply Chain FP&A Manager, and Global Senior Financial Analyst.


Core Duties and Responsibilities


?? Develop reports in Microsoft PowerBI

?? Develop appropriate metrics for the business to measure growth, profitability, expense control, operational efficiencies, and productivity

?? Support program management of key finance and technical projects to ensure timelines and requirements are met

?? Deliver value–added technical tools to improve the timeliness and accuracy of financial and operational reports

?? Help prepare business review presentations and analyses

?? Conduct large data analysis and manipulation to ensure data quality is as high as possible

?? Develop robust planning models

?? Support detailed operating analysis focused on key functional organizations

?? Ensure on–going communication and dialogue with key stakeholders across PIC

?? Support ad–hoc tasks and various business projects to improve processes and increase productivity

?? Support global monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results


Qualifications


?? Bachelor's degree in Business from four–year college or university;

?? Advanced PC modeling skills (spreadsheet and database)

?? 2 years financial and data analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

?? 1 years of Corporate FP&A experience preferred

?? Experience managing and operating within a matrixed reporting relationship

?? Excellent interpersonal and communication

?? Experience using data cube and BI platforms

?? Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (MS Dynamics preferred)

?? Experience managing highly sensitive information with extreme integrity

?? Proven experience in project management

?? Creative and resourceful problem solver

?? Proven experience working with every level of management
