The EMEA Payroll Specialist role will be working from the HQ in Maidenhead and will support the Shared Service Centre, responsible for about 250 employees.

Our client is one of the largest technology providers and they work with a really wide range of clients.


This EMEA Payroll Specialist position based in Maidenhead, will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Preparation of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll input for payroll vendor
  • Collecting new hire/termination/variable data from HR
  • Working with T&A exports
  • Execute reconciliation for End to End payroll
  • Maintain regular controls to ensure the completeness and correctness of data processed
  • Preparing payment to Pensions / HM Revenue and Customs / Third Parties when required
  • Dealing with enquiries from employees, managers and third parties to solve any issues
  • Maintaining payroll archives
  • Managing post commit tasks including but not limited to preparing excel files / payroll reports / reconciliations required by Finance / HR / Pensions / Third Parties
  • Dealing with ad-hoc questions / data requests from the employees / managers / Finance / HMRC / Third Parties
  • Tax Year End process preparation
  • Completing audit requests
  • Maintaining good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Integrating new payrolls due to business continuous growth


The successful candidate for this EMEA Payroll Specialist position, will need to have the following skills:
