FP&A Analyst (remote)

6 month contract as an FP&A Analyst (with long term opportunities) for a candidate with Opex exposure and stake-holder management exposure. Very commercial position.

Description

The key responsibilities for this FP&A Analyst contract are:

• Ownership of discrete P&L Opex (fixed costs) lines. To include forecast process (RF): challenge and analysis, understanding movements, validation and submission of forecast.
• Provide financial data and interpretation for cost efficiency activities, link to SSD.
• Monitor Overhead spend for the business (including Salesforce, HO Overheads and OIE), internal Opex reporting, regular meetings with relevant departmental directors / senior managers to understand variances, forecast future costs and challenge overhead expenditure.
• Liaise with Financial Accounting team on overhead costs monthly, half & full year closing to allow effective reporting of actuals and preparation of year to go forecast (opex mapping, resource allocation).

Profile

The successful candidate will be immediately available/ on a one weeks notice, be looking for a commercial role in a global FTSE 100 business, have stake-holder management skills and Opex exposure.
