We are building up a team in Warsaw and searching for a Legal Entity and Management Reporting Support to join the audit team covering the legal entities in the Swiss Universal Bank division.

Join us and you will:

  • Have the opportunity to shape our Internal Audit reporting towards the Board of Directors and Executive Management of legal entities in the Swiss Universal Bank division (e.g. Activity Reports, Audit Committee Material, Risk Reports, Stakeholder Reports).
  • Visualize data for effective communication with senior management around Internal Audit activities and ensure data quality (risk assessment, audit plan, budget and metrics, audit results, issue tracking etc.).
  • Support the Audit Managers, Head of Audits and the Chief Auditor in monitoring Internal Audit coverage and coordinating the Internal Audit governance committee over the legal entities in the Swiss Universal Bank division.
  • Drive the further development and standardization of our reports and our reporting process.
  • Assist in a broad range of initiatives, ad-hoc tasks and special projects.

Your skills and experience 

  • Undergraduate degree with at least 2 years of proven work experience relating to audit, accountancy or in the financial industry is advantageous. Experience in management information reporting would be an asset.
  • Ability to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in presentation and reporting of Internal Audit activities.
  • Proficiency in Power Point and data visualization skills. Ability to present key messages in concise and clear manner targeted to Senior Management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of German would be an asset.
  • An avid learner and results-oriented individual with strong problem solving skills, attention to details.
  • Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking and time management skills enable you to quickly gain trust and deliver effectively towards deadlines.
