The Role
Fund accounting:
- Liaise with fund administrators and review quarterly financial reports for flagship funds.
- Manage and review accounting for HK and PRC which held level III investments.
- Review quarterly investment valuations investment including secured loans, loans plus equity transactions, listed / Pre - IPO equity etc.
- Review capital calls/ distributions and IRR / NAV calculations.
- Review on Asset management fee calculations.
- Monitor cash position including credit facility arrangement and FX exposure.
- Monitor operations in PRC investment platform including RQFII and WOFE.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy or a related discipline
- Detail-minded and energetic team player with proactive attitude
- Self-motivator with a strong sense of responsibility, adaptability and ownership
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
