Group Finance Controller (Southeast Asia)

As a Group Controller, you will be managing the A-Z of the companies financial matters across multiple countries in Southeast Asia. The scope of work include, but are not limited to internal & external reporting, accounting process improvement, cash flow management, budgeting & forecasting, internal audit, and tax.

Description

• Management of group-wide finance activities across at least 4 countries in SEA region
• Group-wide cash flow management with direct reporting line to BOD and Executive Management
• Being the point of contact in providing financial data for investment and fund-raising activities
• Financial controller-ship over budgeting, FP&A, financial, as well as management reporting functions
• Heading group-wide tax and internal audit/control functions, responsible in enhancing the existing processes as well as the key liaison to external parties (i.e tax consultant and external auditor)
• Overseeing legal and compliance matters of the group globally
• Being a champion of continuous improvement within the Finance division
• Ad-hoc assignments

Profile

• 10 years of working experience within all areas of Finance, with at least 3 years of experience over controllership function over multiple countries
• At least 3 years of experience working within Big 4 Audit or FAS functions
• Professional certifications i.e CA, CPA, ACCA is a MUST
• Track record of managing a sizeable team (20+ direct and indirect reports)
• Overseas working experience is a PLUS
• Interest in start-up/tech culture and environment is a MUST
• Open for Expatriate with exposure in managing entities located in Southeast Asian countries
• Willing to work from the office (WFO)
