Accountant - Part Qualified or Qualified

My client is going through a period of change and is looking for a part or fully qualified accountant for a 12 month period. This is an exciting time to join them as we undertake a number of digital transformation projects, including the introduction of a new Finance System.

Full time, working from home initially.

My client is a well known distribution company based in Inverness.

Description

This is a varied role which will support both the day to day finance function as well as preparing for, and implementation of the new systems. It will suit a person part way through an accountancy qualification, newly qualified of qualified by experience. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of relevant experience, applying your analytical skills and being at ease with interpreting financial data quickly.

Profile

You will have strong spreadsheet skills and be able to manipulate large volumes of data in order to present it in a meaningful way. Experience of working in finance throughout a change of systems would be desirable. You will be organised, a self-starter and able to work without supervision. You will pay close attention to detail, have an enquiring mind, be flexible, calm under pressure and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
