Client Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading hospitality/events business based in Manchester City Centre. This company are looking to expand significantly over the coming months making it an exciting time to join the business.

Description

The Purchase Ledger Clerk role is a temporary position for 4 months and will be based in Covid Secure offices in Manchester City Centre.

  • Ensure speedy and accurate processing of invoices
  • Ensure correct coding of invoices
  • Match payments against the invoices
  • Prepare and run BACS payments
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Deal with supplier enquiries
  • Process staff expenses
  • Process journals as requested by the Financial Controller
  • Prepare the odd sales invoices

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

Have experience of end to end purchase ledger processes

Be available to work in the city centre office

Be available to consider a temporary role initially
