The position is responsible for supporting the business through the preparation of monthly financial accounting data with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information, enabling manager to make sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete monthly accounting functions including.
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register including additions and disposals.
  • Prepare reports as required. Reporting Pack to the US - monthly and quarterly
  • Oversee the inventory process and assist in the development of a new inventory
    function within Nav.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual tax return
  • Contribute to continuing process improvements across all entities
  • Preparation of financial information required for the completion of the year end statutory accounts.
  • Assisting in the coordination of the year-end financial audit.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce or equivalent
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • 4-5 years' experience within a Chartered Accounting firm or within a medium to large business
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision and Jet reports desirable but not essential
